• Experience:5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience (as a Lead).

• Skills: Highly mechanically inclined with a strong eye for detail and code-compliant quality.

• Requirements: Must be 21+ (for insurance), have a clean driving record, and be able to pass a drug screen.
