Senior Accountant – Construction

Location: Tigard, OR (On-site)

Our client is a growing commercial construction company seeking a Senior Accountant to support continued expansion. This newly created position offers the opportunity to play a key role in financial reporting, project forecasting, and strengthening the accounting function while partnering closely with leadership.

• Salary: $85,000–$95,000

• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements
• Perform general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and month-end close activities
• Develop project forecasts and financial projections
• Analyze project financial performance and support operational decision-making
• Assist with budgeting, reporting, and internal controls
• Partner with the Controller and finance leadership on accounting initiatives and process improvements
• Provide accounting support across multiple projects and business operations

• 3+ years of construction accounting experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP and full-cycle accounting
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered
• Experience with construction accounting software such as Vista/Viewpoint preferred
