Our client, a well-established manufacturing company in the Tualatin area, is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a collaborative accounting department while contributing to the success of a growing organization.

• Process high-volume invoices accurately and efficiently
• Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documentation
• Review invoice coding and obtain necessary approvals
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor inquiries
• Prepare and process vendor payments
• Reconcile vendor statements and accounts payable records
• Maintain accurate financial documentation and filing systems
• Support month-end close activities and reporting as needed
• Collaborate with purchasing, receiving, and accounting teams

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred
• Strong understanding of invoice processing and three-way matching
• Experience working with ERP systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Up to $28/hour
