About the Opportunity
We are a growing manufacturing company in Tualatin looking for a dependable, organized, and proactive Administrative Office Manager to help support our day-to-day office operations.
This position will begin as a part-time role with the potential to grow into a full-time position as the company continues to expand. We are looking for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, can work independently, and is comfortable helping wherever needed to keep the office and business running smoothly.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will support a variety of administrative, financial, and general business functions, including:
- Managing day-to-day office administration and organization
- Using Quick Books for basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks
- Assisting with payroll processing and employee records
- Managing invoices, receipts, expenses, and other financial documentation
- Supporting general management with administrative and operational needs
- Helping maintain company social media accounts and basic online communications
- Organizing documents, records, and office systems
- Communicating with employees, vendors, customers, and other business partners
- Assisting with additional projects and responsibilities as the company grows
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is organized, trustworthy, resourceful, and comfortable working in a small-business environment where priorities can change quickly.
Previous experience in office administration, office management, bookkeeping, accounting support, or a similar administrative role is preferred.
Experience with Quick Books and payroll is highly desirable.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to work independently are important for success in this position.
Spanish-speaking or bilingual Spanish/English candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Experience working within a manufacturing, construction, trades, or small-business environment is a plus but not required.
