Working as part of the Transformation Change Management (TCM) team, the intern will collaborate with change managers, program leads, communications specialists, and business partners to help drive awareness, readiness, and adoption of change across Lam's business. Change Impacts & Readiness Support Help gather, analyze and report data from databases, surveys, interviews, and workshops as part of stakeholder analysis. Contribute to change planning and delivery.
Support identification of potential risks, resistance points, and user needs. Contribute to planning and execution of engagement activities such as road shows, briefings, office hours, and team meetings. Investigate and test out opportunities to leverage AI for change management activities. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in psychology, anthropology, sociology, English (or other language arts), communications, business, engineering, or a related field.
Comfortable with using data for assessment, analysis, reporting, decision-making. Exposure to organizational change concepts and/or Adult Learning Theory.
