The impact you’ll make

As a Program or Project Manager at Lam, you will play a pivotal role in driving projects/programs for [insert group or strategic initiative]. You’ll be at the forefront of project initiation through delivery, using your expertise to coordinate cross‑functional teams and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

In this role, you will directly contribute to The Deposition Group.

What you’ll do
  • Organizes and implements a variety of responsibilities related to the flow of materials, products, services, and associated systems information
  • Duties involve but are not limited to supply chain services, inventory control, critical parts availability, material handling, engineering project management, shipment of products, and third‑party warehousing.
  • Evaluates customer support and engineering commitments to ensure customer requirements are met
  • Serves as liaison between global logistics, engineering, supply chain and operations teams to develop concepts and coordinate product knowledge; provides data analysis for production planning and volume studies; and participates in process/rating improvement efforts. Assists in developing logistics plans and procedures
  • Observe consumption patterns and analyze data trends. Tracking metrics to align with existing SLAs for various business partners
  • Provide actionable insights for management to support decision making through data collection and analysis.
Who we’re looking for
  • Self‑starter to develop project proposals, communicate and work with key stakeholders, ability to communicate across multiple groups without hesitancy.
  • Good communication skills and able to proactively navigate in a dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to manage discussions with executive management, drilling down to details and managing efforts hands on.
  • Able to manage within a cross‑functional team with little guidance or direction.
  • Critical, independent thinker and solutions oriented.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field with 5+ years of experience; or Master’s degree with 3+ years’ experience; or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with MES systems and proficiency in MS Excel/PowerPoint/Word.
  • 3+ years of related experience in project management or program management.
  • Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
  • Analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision support.
Preferred qualifications
  • Experience performing data analytics.
  • Experience developing and implementing new systems for workflow optimization.
  • Project Management experience (ability to track projects and prioritize tasks).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or PRINCE

‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1‑2 days per week on‑site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
