Key Responsibilities
  • Honey Badger Mentality [HBM]:

  • Dynamic:
Be a dynamic team member, identifying and proactively solving problems alongside Key Account Managers and Operations counterparts.
  • Data + Detail Oriented:

Solving things on a one‑off level is acceptable, and sometimes needed, but always striving to propose and implement systems and process to anchor improvements.
  • Thoughtful:
Have a nose for what’s unspoken, unstated, or otherwise unclear, and seek to clarify and meet the needs of the customer and our business.
  • Commitment Keeper:
Manufacturing is hard. We strive to ‘marshal every reasonable resource to make good on our commitments’. This may mean outsized efforts in some cases.
  • Uncommon Professionalism:
This is our core value proposition to our customers, and will be core to how you communicate with customers and co-workers. Don’t mail it in — show up in a shockingly impressive and professional manner.
  • Learner:
Thoroughly understand the business, programs, products, buying staff, and structure of each customer and opportunity.
  • Comprehend:
Understand customer part prints, specifications, quality requirements, and other.
  • On‑It:
Timely responses to all customer and co‑worker inquiries and requests, which may be outside our normal business hours.
  • Bridge:
You’re a bridge between KAMs, customers, operations team members, and more.
  • Quoting:
Build out quotes that are rooted in reality, meet the needs of our customers, align with our capabilities and competencies, and are ultimately healthy for our business. Do this in a timely fashion.
  • Move the Needle:
Set and meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership.
  • Customer‑Centric:
Be a champion for your customers’ work internally, and supporting KAMs in the onboarding of new customers and new work.

Additional work as requested and needed by the business.
  • Digitally Enabled:
