Resident Property Manager

Glacier West Self Storage is seeking a Resident Property Manager for a full‑time storage position at our Glacier West Location in Tualatin, Oregon. This role requires you to live on‑site and involves managing daily operations, customer service, and maintenance.

• Handles day‑to‑day operations of the facility.
• Provides excellent customer service experience.
• Answers calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
• Performs daily site checks.
• Assists customers seeking storage units.
• Collects and processes payments.
• Contacts delinquent occupants.
• Produces daily and weekly reports, marketing, surveys, inventory, cleaning and maintenance.
• Conducts property inspections.
• Serves as the primary point of contact for contractor and vendor work on site.
• Adheres to cleaning standards of the property.
• Uses power tools as required.

• Location open Monday – Saturday
• Monday‑Friday 9:30 am – 6:00 pm
• Saturday 9:30 am – 5:00 pm
• Schedule typically Tuesday – Saturday, flexibility required.
• Open availability for 8‑hour day shift.

Work in person at Glacier West Self Storage in Tualatin, Oregon. Travel between locations may be required.

$19.00 – $22.00 per hour.

• Self‑Storage, Management, Customer Service, Sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Cleaning and maintenance experience.
• Ability to work independently without onsite supervision.
• Strong technical and people‑skills.
• Must be willing to live on‑site.
• Must pass alcohol/drug screening, background check and maintain a clean driving record.
