The Global Operations Group brings information systems, facilities, supply chain, logistics, and high-volume manufacturing together to drive the engine of our global business operations. We help Lam deliver industry-leading solutions with speed and efficiency, while actively supporting the resilient and profitable growth of Lam's business.
The impact you'll makeAs a Program or Project Manager at Lam, you will support projects and programs that drive operational excellence and business process improvement initiatives within Global Operations. You will be at the forefront of project initiation through delivery, using your expertise to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
In this role, you will contribute to improving operational efficiency, enabling business process improvements, and supporting successful project execution across the organization.
What you'll do- Manage operations and business process improvement projects that address business challenges and support organizational goals.
- Develop and implement solutions that improve operational and business processes while supporting key organizational objectives.
- Provide actionable insights for management to support decision making through data collection and analysis.
- Develop and deliver clear and concise communications for leadership teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure execution, manage risks, assure adherence to program or project schedules, and performance to meet business requirements.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to continuously improve the process.
- Run change management for projects and programs and support proper project closure.
We are seeking a highly organized and collaborative Program/Project Manager with strong problem-solving skills and a track record of successfully executing projects. The ideal candidate is motivated to learn, excels at coordinating cross-functional teams, and can effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
This role requires someone who can partner with stakeholders to support project planning and execution, track deliverables, identify and mitigate risks, and communicate progress to project teams and leadership. The successful candidate will be comfortable working with data to support decision-making, facilitating collaboration across functions, and contributing to process improvement initiatives that drive operational efficiency and business results.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field with 2+ years of experience; or Master's degree with no previous professional experience; or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of related experience in project management or program management.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
- Analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision support.
- This is a graduate eligible role.
- Semiconductor industry or global supplier experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Relevant project management certifications such as PMP or CAPM.
- Continuous improvement certifications in Lean Six Sigma are a plus.
