We are seeking a Technical Program Manager 4 to lead complex product development initiatives and drive cross-functional execution across engineering, operations, and business teams. In this role, you'll oversee project planning, schedules, budgets, risk management, and product release activities while ensuring programs are delivered on time and aligned with strategic objectives.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead product development and release programs from initiation through delivery.
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resource requirements, and program risks.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and business objectives are achieved.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership and executive stakeholders.
  • Drive alignment across engineering, operations, quality, and business organizations.
  • Facilitate decision-making, issue resolution, and program governance activities.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and project execution best practices.
Job Requirements What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience in technical program management, project management, product development, or related functions; or Master's degree with 6+ years of experience; or PhD with 3+ years of experience; or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of experience managing technical programs, product development projects, or continuous improvement initiatives.
  • 6+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
  • 6+ years of experience managing project schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting product development and release processes.
  • 3+ years of experience working across hardware, mechanical, electrical, and software engineering teams.
  • 3+ years of experience using project management tools such as Planview, Microsoft Project, Quick Base, Office Timeline, or similar platforms.
What Sets You Apart:
  • Experience with Planview project portfolio management software.
  • PMP certification or formal project management training.
  • Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, semiconductor equipment, or related technology industries.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt, Black Belt) or process improvement experience.
  • Knowledge of Change Management methodologies and practices.
  • Experience driving new product introduction (NPI) or product release initiatives.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Proven ability to lead organizational change and drive continuous improvement.
  • Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall project management methodologies.
  • Strong written, verbal, executive presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Additional Information:

    Schedule:

    3 days on-site and 2 days remote each week.
