Regional Asset Control Manager

Overview

Location: Northwest Region

Responsible for the control and proper utilization of Company accounts receivable assets within the Region. Position will be responsible for the monitoring and improvement of Franchisee financial health. Responsible to improve loss and franchisee Turnover performance within the Regions assigned.

Responsibilitites:

• Utilize reports and monitoring parameters to provide early warnings to sales management of deterioration in the financial stability or equity positions of franchisees. Communicates problem areas to regional management and works to correct deficiencies.
• Responsible for conducting quarterly FPT equity reviews on all franchisees in the regions that they are assigned
• Responsible for monthly follow-up on all FPT reviews to ensure proper improvement.
• Responsible for meeting with underperforming franchisees to improve performance and financial health.
• Responsible for franchisee dispute resolution if applicable
• Responsible for working with Snap-on training department to conduct Business Understanding seminars for the regions that they are assigned.
• Responsible for terminated franchisee exit interviews and settlements using all means available
• Responsible for reviewing new franchisee budgets and breakeven points to help ensure accuracy.
• Responsible to perform legal reviews as needed.
• Responsible to accurately project potential losses within the regions that they are assigned.
• Responsible for reviewing all applications for franchisee expansions.
• Responsible for ensuring compliance with company directives relating to bad debt loss write-offs of terminated dealer accounts and company store R/A accounts. Additionally, responsible for follow-up efforts to ensure that all possible actions are taken to recover loss write-offs from former dealers or employees.
• Interacts with regional management and staff, business managers and staff, sales administration personnel, company legal representatives, Snap-on ombudsman, Snap-on Credit and outside collection agencies in performance of key tasks.
• Responsible for initiation of franchisee action requests regarding non-payment of weekly invoice, as it applies to current payment program.
• Responsible to identify and work with “high risk” franchisees to benefit Snap-on and the franchisee.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or 7-10 years related field management experience required.

Salary Range: $,000 base pay in addition to a 30% quarterly bonus earning opportunity. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, location, and other factors.
