Customer Service Representative

Location: Wilsonville, OR

Pay: $20/hr

Schedule: Monday-Friday | Full-Time | On-Site

What You'll Do:

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone and email
• Answer questions regarding products, orders, shipping status, and general inquiries
• Accurately enter customer orders into the ERP system
• Monitor orders from start to finish, ensuring timely processing and delivery
• Research and resolve order issues or discrepancies
• Manage incoming emails through the customer service queue
• Welcome guests and visitors to the office and assist with general inquiries
• Provide backup support for warranty and parts inquiries
• Assist with office supply ordering and other administrative tasks as needed
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

What You Need to Have:

• 1-3 years of customer service, order entry, or administrative experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Positive attitude and team-first mentality
• Ability to stay calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel

The Musts:

• Customer service experience
• Order entry experience
• ERP experience or ability to learn quickly
• Strong computer skills
• Professional phone presence
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy
• Friendly, positive, and service-oriented attitude

Preferred:

• Experience with EDI processing
• Invoicing experience
• 10-Key proficiency
• Experience in manufacturing, consumer products, or distribution
• Warranty or parts support experience
