We are looking for an exceptional receptionist to add to our 2 practices. This will be a part time position Wednesday
- Friday. Applicant must be able to go to both our locations which are located in Cornelius and Tualatin. We are looking for a team player that understands the importance of customer care and going above and beyond for our patients. Qualified applicant must have a minimum 1 year experience in the dental field and know how to check patient insurance and run treatment plans accurately.
Bilingual is a preferred, but not mandatory.

Position OverviewThe Dental Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for our patients and plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional patient experience. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, personable, and experienced in managing front office responsibilities using Eaglesoft practice management software.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and check in patients in a professional and welcoming manner
- Manage multi-line phone system and schedule appointments efficiently
- Verify insurance benefits and submit insurance claims
- Post payments and process billing transactions accurately
- Maintain accurate patient records in Eaglesoft
- Coordinate treatment plans and assist with financial arrangements
- Confirm appointments and manage recall system
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and office protocols
- Support clinical and administrative team as needed
- Minimum 1–2 years of dental front office experience required
- Proficiency in Eaglesoft is required
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance verification and billing
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Experience with treatment coordination
- Familiarity with PPO, HMO, and Medicaid plans
- Basic understanding of dental terminology and procedures
