This role requires 12+ years of experience or a PhD with 5+ years and strong hands-on expertise with EBW processes. You will lead the development and qualification of welding procedures, support product development from prototype through production, and collaborate with various engineering and manufacturing teams. A Bachelor’s in related engineering fields is required.
