This role offers the chance to work on highly advanced RF power systems, directly impacting the performance and reliability of next‑generation semiconductor manufacturing technologies.
What You'll Do- Lead product engineering initiatives across RF power systems throughout the product lifecycle
- Solve complex system- and component-level issues in semiconductor equipment
- Collaborate with global suppliers to improve manufacturing processes, quality systems, and corrective actions
- Support new product introduction (NPI) with a focus on reliability and performance
- Analyze root cause issues and drive corrective actions using structured problem‑solving methodologies
- Oversee supplier quality, testing, and manufacturing process improvements
- 10+ years of experience in semiconductor equipment engineering or RF power systems
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience working in high power RF environments (1-60 MHz)
- 5+ years of experience in system-level problem-solving, product qualification, and change management
- 3+ years of experience using electrical measurement tools such as oscilloscopes, network analyzers, and spectrum analyzers
- Experience with PCB assembly, inspection, and testing
- Familiarity with quality and statistical tools (SPC, DOE, GR&R, 8D, root cause analysis)
- Knowledge of industry standards (ISO, OSHA, IPC, UL, IEEE, MIL)
- Strong understanding of transmission line theory, impedance matching, and RF calibration techniques
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex engineering solutions
- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check
- Occasional overtime may be required based on project needs
