Lam Research is seeking a Laboratory Service Engineer in Tualatin, Oregon. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration on state-of-the-art semiconductor equipment in an R&D setting.
You will diagnose mechanical, electro-mechanical, electronic, and vacuum systems and install prototype equipment with documented procedures. You will work with process development, hardware, and software teams, and follow PPE protocols to handle hazardous gases and liquids
