As a Process Technician, you'll play an important role in the development and optimization of semiconductor processes. Your work executing experiments, analyzing data, and supporting engineering teams will directly contribute to process improvements and next‑generation product development.

What You'll Do- Perform technical tests and experiments in support of process engineering and R&D initiatives
- Set up, operate, and monitor semiconductor processing equipment
- Execute process test runs and collect experimental data
- Monitor processes, audit operating conditions, and provide guidance to operators
- Generate records, charts, graphs, and reports for engineering review
- Analyze process results to help identify yield issues and process improvement opportunities
- Support testing and evaluation of new products and processes
- Provide technical assistance to process development and engineering personnel
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow established procedures and safety requirements
- 2+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, process engineering support, cleanroom operations, or laboratory environments
- 2+ years of experience operating, monitoring, or supporting technical processing equipment
- 2+ years of experience performing testing, experimentation, data collection, and documentation
- 2+ years of experience supporting engineering, manufacturing, or R&D teams
- 1+ year of experience preparing technical reports, charts, graphs, or process
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced technical environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Semiconductor industry experience
- Experience working in R&D or process development environments
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
- Passion for technology and continuous improvement
