Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (100% onsite)
Compensation: $25-27/hour

This role is a key contributor to the finance team, supporting the accurate recording and oversight of revenue, cash, and treasury transactions. It offers strong exposure to core accounting operations within a collaborative and professional environment. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will support revenue recognition and treasury processes while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with GAAP standards.

Key responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable Specialist

• Process and analyze revenue transactions on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Review and release incoming wires, ensuring proper application to customer accounts
• Research and resolve discrepancies related to revenue and accounts receivable activity
• Prepare and post adjusting journal entries as needed
• Generate regular reporting for management, including identifying and communicating outstanding issues related to revenue, cash, and treasury activity

Preferred Qualifications:

Accounts Receivable Specialist

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Exposure to multi-entity environments preferred
• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
