Accounts Receivable Specialist – Revenue & Treasury
Location: SW Portland
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (100% onsite)
Compensation: $25-27/hour

This role is a key contributor to the finance team, supporting the accurate recording and oversight of revenue, cash, and treasury transactions. It offers strong exposure to core accounting operations within a collaborative and professional environment. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will support revenue recognition and treasury processes while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with GAAP standards.

Key responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable Specialist

Process and analyze revenue transactions on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
Review and release incoming wires, ensuring proper application to customer accounts
Research and resolve discrepancies related to revenue and accounts receivable activity
Prepare and post adjusting journal entries as needed
Generate regular reporting for management, including identifying and communicating outstanding issues related to revenue, cash, and treasury activity

Preferred Qualifications:

Accounts Receivable Specialist

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Exposure to multi-entity environments preferred
Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
