Bookkeeper

Charlie Gilmur with Robert Half is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team in Tualatin, Oregon. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, has strong organizational skills, and is passionate about maintaining accurate financial records. You will play a key role in managing day-to-day financial operations and supporting the overall financial health of the organization.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.

- Perform regular account reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial data.

- Manage payroll processes and ensure timely and accurate payments.

- Handle month-end close procedures, including preparing reports and ensuring compliance with financial standards.

- Conduct bank reconciliations to verify account balances and resolve discrepancies.

- Utilize Quick Books and Microsoft Excel to organize and analyze financial data.

- Process invoices and payments efficiently while maintaining detailed documentation.

- Assist with financial audits and provide necessary documentation as required.

- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations in all financial operations.

- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support budgeting processes.

Requirements - Proven experience in bookkeeping or a related financial role.

- Proficiency in Quick Books and Microsoft Excel.

- Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes.

- Ability to perform account reconciliations and handle month-end close procedures.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Familiarity with bank reconciliations and financial reporting.

- Understanding of local, state, and federal financial regulations.

- Strong communication skills to collaborate with teams and provide financial insights.
