Bookkeeper Position

Charlie Gilmur with Robert Half is looking for an experienced bookkeeper to join our team in Tualatin, Oregon. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, has strong organizational skills, and is passionate about maintaining accurate financial records. You will play a key role in managing day-to-day financial operations and supporting the overall financial health of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform regular account reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial data.
• Manage payroll processes and ensure timely and accurate payments.
• Handle month-end close procedures, including preparing reports and ensuring compliance with financial standards.
• Conduct bank reconciliations to verify account balances and resolve discrepancies.
• Utilize Quick Books and Microsoft Excel to organize and analyze financial data.
• Process invoices and payments efficiently while maintaining detailed documentation.
• Assist with financial audits and provide necessary documentation as required.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations in all financial operations.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support budgeting processes.
