We are searching for a Payroll Analyst 3 to join our team, who is passionate about payroll as a profession and envisions it as a meaningful, long-term career. The ideal candidate will have experience with ADP Workforce Now (WFN) and the reporting function within the platform, is committed to providing an excellent service delivery model, has a strong record of excellence in providing high quality customer advice, has well-honed independent judgment and critical thinking skills, and is self-motivated with values of ownership and accountability.

The candidate can communicate with all levels in the organization, from line employees to CEO staff members, and has experience working in fast-moving environments where priorities can shift with little notice.

• Prepare and process multi-state payroll in accordance with federal, state, and local guidelines.
• Review and validate payroll data for accuracy, including hours worked, earnings, deductions, taxes, and adjustments.
• Execute off-cycle payrolls, corrections, and manual payments when required.
• Coordinate payroll funding and general ledger postings.
• Perform regular audits to ensure payroll accuracy, identify discrepancies, and implement corrections.
• Maintain compliance with wage and hour regulations, tax laws, and company policies.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external agencies during audits or inquiries.
• Monitor, research, and interpret regulatory changes affecting payroll.
• Generate and analyze payroll reports to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for HR, Finance, and leadership.
• Support year-end processes including W-2 review, tax reconciliations, and reporting.

• Experience with ADP Workforce Now.
• 5-7 years of payroll experience, preferably in a high-volume or multi-state environment.
• Experienced with ESPP, RSUs, NQs for large publicly traded companies.
• Strong understanding of payroll principles, wage and hour laws, and tax regulations.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.

• CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) or FPC certification.
• Experience with HRIS integrations and payroll interfaces.
