Join us at The Oregon Clinic as a full‑time Patient Services Specialist. Work alongside a collaborative team of patient‑focused colleagues and physicians in our thriving Cardiology Clinic in Tualatin. Every patient receives high‑value care tailored to their needs.
Responsibilities- Check in and out new and established patients.
- Promote efficient physician scheduling and patient access by properly scheduling and rescheduling appointments according to office protocols and physician requests.
- Obtain and complete insurance information.
- Answer phones on a multi‑line system.
- Process incoming referrals and electronic fax submissions.
- Update registration and EMR records as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Level I: $19.59 – $26.51 per hour.
- Level II: $21.55 – $29.16 per hour.
- Level III: $23.71 – $32.07 per hour.
Initial training will be conducted at Legacy Meridian Park Medical Plaza 2 in Tualatin. This role will then relocate to our new Creekside Building in SW Beaverton at 11000 SW Stratus St, Beaverton, OR 97008, scheduled to open in May 2026. Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm.
Qualifications- Minimum one year of medical front‑office experience (Cardiology experience is a plus).
- Prior electronic medical record experience preferred;
Epic experience is a plus. - Familiarity with insurance and referral processes.
- Demonstrated ability to initiate, work independently, and multitask effectively.
- Excellent attendance and work ethic.
