Legacy Health is seeking a Certified Wound Ostomy Nurse (CWON) to manage ostomy, wound and complex skin patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings. The CWON provides expert consultation, coordinates care, and educates patients, families and the health team.
The ideal candidate has a BSN, 1 year (2 years preferred) in acute care or clinical settings, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and proficiency with electronic systems used in nursing practice.
