Sr Recruiter

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team and support full-cycle recruiting efforts for a fast-paced, high-performing organization. This role partners closely with hiring managers to deliver top talent while providing an exceptional candidate experience that reflects the Lam brand.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and drive efficient hiring decisions
• Develop and post compelling job descriptions
• Source and screen top talent using strategic recruiting methods
• Conduct phone screens and candidate evaluations
• Manage offer creation, negotiation, and onboarding coordination
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS
• Participate in career fairs and recruiting events as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of corporate full-cycle recruiting experience
• Strong ability to coach hiring managers and influence hiring decisions
• Experience creating recruiting strategies and job postings
• Proven success with offer negotiation
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Proficiency with ATS systems and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
