Program Manager – Management Systems​/ISO Compliance

Overview

Location: Onsite initially | Hybrid (up to 3 remote days/week after ramp-up)

We’re seeking an experienced Program Manager – Management Systems / ISO Compliance to lead and support ISO certification initiatives within a fast-paced, high-tech environment. This role plays a key part in driving compliance, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration across Quality and Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) programs.

• Lead ISO management system initiatives supporting ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001
• Develop and implement compliant processes and workflows across the organization
• Partner with Quality, EHS, and technical teams to ensure system alignment
• Deliver training on management system controls and compliance requirements
• Document and improve business processes critical to ISO certification
• Support and participate in internal and external audits
• Track corrective and preventive actions to ensure timely resolution
• Establish performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support operational and compliance goals

Required:

• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Experience with ISO compliance, quality systems, or environmental management
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage complex initiatives

• PMP or Agile certification
• Experience in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environments
