Job Description # Project Manager
* Take ownership of the end-user rollout and adoption of the Planview enterprise tool.
* Collaborate with a partner Project Manager who will run the development sprints.
* Ensure business group requirements are effectively captured and prioritized for sprints.
* Oversee the implementation of improvements and manage the second-round rollout process.
* Facilitate the transition from the pilot phase to full adoption, addressing feedback from UAT.
* Drive business process improvements related to the tool's implementation.
* Familiarity with using and supporting the development of Planview or a similar enterprise tool.
* Experience working with developers on enterprise system rollouts.
* Proficiency in Agile methodologies.
* Demonstrated ability in business process development and improvement.
* Understanding of the corporate challenges associated with a large-scale tool rollout.
* Previous experience with our organization.
* A proactive approach and the ability to operate independently.
* Ability to bring a fresh perspective to process improvement initiatives.
