Program Manager

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Program/Project Manager to support digital transformation initiatives within a global technology organization. This role is responsible for leading multiple cross-functional projects focused on process improvements, enterprise system implementations, and organizational transformation. The ideal candidate will excel in managing complex programs, coordinating diverse stakeholders, and leveraging data to drive informed business decisions.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and quality objectives.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deployment strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, product management, business stakeholders, and external partners.
• Track project progress using project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Azure Dev Ops, SharePoint, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and proactively resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Analyze project data and performance metrics to improve execution, reporting, and decision-making.
• Prepare executive-level status reports, presentations, dashboards, and project documentation.
• Ensure alignment of project deliverables with organizational goals, business priorities, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Facilitate communication, accountability, and collaboration across global, matrixed teams.

• Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• Strong experience managing complex programs and technical projects.
• Experience supporting digital transformation, enterprise system implementations, or large-scale organizational initiatives.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience working in highly matrixed, cross-functional environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and project ownership skills.

• Experience using Jira, Azure Dev Ops (ADO), SharePoint, Power BI, or similar project management and reporting platforms.
• Experience managing enterprise software implementation, process improvement, or digital transformation programs.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
• Experience presenting project status and metrics to senior leadership.
