Position: Program / Project Manager 4

Pay Rate: $76.00 – $81.00/hour

Duration: 5-month contract (extension possible based on performance)

Location: Tualatin, Oregon (on-site presence required)

The impact you’ll make

As a Program/Project Manager 4, you will support a major Idea-to-Retire (I2R) Digital Transformation initiative
, helping to improve and streamline engineering and product lifecycle processes across global teams.

You will be responsible for driving structure, alignment, and execution across multiple complex, technical work streams in a highly matrixed environment.

Work Schedule & Location Requirements

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:0 AM – 5:00 PM PST

Work Model: Hybrid / on-site required in Tualatin, Oregon

Important:

  • This role requires regular on-site presence in Tualatin, OR
  • Candidates must be able to commute or relocate as needed
  • A mandatory in-person meet-and-greet in Tualatin is part of the hiring process
  • There is no fully remote option for this position or hiring process
What you’ll do
  • Manage multiple complex technical projects simultaneously
  • Use tools such as SharePoint, JIRA/ADO, Power BI, and analytics platforms for tracking and reporting
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, product, operations, and global stakeholders
  • Develop detailed program plans including milestones, dependencies, and release readiness criteria
  • Identify and manage risks, issues, and mitigation strategies
  • Use data insights to improve execution, efficiency, and decision‑making
  • Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations
  • Ensure alignment with business objectives and transformation goals
What we’re looking for
  • Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field
  • Strong program/project management experience in technical environments
  • Experience with digital transformation or large‑scale system implementation programs
  • Strong analytical and data‑driven decision‑making skills
  • Ability to work in a global, matrixed organization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • High attention to detail and strong ownership mindset
Preferred qualifications
  • Experience in semiconductor, manufacturing, or global supply chain environments
  • PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2 certification (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience with JIRA, ADO, Power BI, and Share Point
  • Familiarity with PLM/PDM systems, CAD tools, or engineering change management processes
