We are seeking a Systems Analyst to support the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform and related business processes within a Legal Operations environment. This role partners closely with legal, business, and technical stakeholders to optimize system performance, enhance workflows, develop reporting and analytics, and support ongoing system enhancements.
The ideal candidate has experience with CLM platforms (preferably Icertis or a similar solution), strong analytical and technical skills, and a passion for process improvement and delivering exceptional internal customer support.
Key Responsibilities- Administer, maintain, and enhance the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform.
- Monitor day-to-day system performance and resolve operational issues.
- Collaborate with Legal Operations, attorneys, and business stakeholders to improve contract workflows and system functionality.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to support contract lifecycle metrics and operational insights.
- Support implementation of system enhancements, upgrades, and process improvements.
- Configure and customize CLM workflows and business rules where applicable.
- Utilize Microsoft technologies, including C#, SQL, and Power BI
, to support reporting, automation, and system integrations. - Participate in software implementation projects using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
- Document system processes, requirements, and best practices.
- Provide user support, troubleshooting, and training as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Experience supporting Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms such as Icertis or similar enterprise contract management systems.
- Experience with project management methodologies, including Agile and/or Waterfall.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience developing reports and dashboards using Power BI or similar analytics tools.
- Working knowledge of SQL and Microsoft technology stack.
- Experience configuring or developing within the Icertis platform.
- Microsoft C# or other software development experience.
- Experience working with legal operations, contract management, or corporate legal departments.
- Background in process optimization and business systems improvement.
