We're seeking an experienced Program/Project Manager to support a global supply chain network planning team focused on improving responsiveness to customer demand through strategic planning and cross‑functional collaboration. In this role, you'll help drive supply planning, executive reporting, and operational alignment across manufacturing, sales operations, and global supply chain teams supporting multiple worldwide production sites.

• Lead supply chain planning initiatives and collaborate with cross‑functional teams across manufacturing, sales operations, and global operations
• Develop and manage supply planning strategies to support global production and service level objectives
• Analyze supply and demand signals using SAP, Kinaxis, and Power BI to identify risks, constraints, and planning opportunities
• Prepare executive‑level reporting on global availability, supply risks, and operational performance
• Support short‑ and long‑term planning processes while driving alignment across global stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field with 12+ years of experience; OR Master's degree with 8+ years of experience; OR equivalent experience
• 8+ years of program management or project management experience
• 8+ years of experience leading cross‑functional teams and influencing stakeholders across multiple business functions
• 3+ years of experience in supply and/or demand planning environments
• 3+ years of experience working with MRP systems, including SAP and/or Kinaxis

• Experience with in the semiconductor industry or supporting global supplier networks
• PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, PRINCE2, or other project management certifications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with executive presentation experience
• Experience supporting global manufacturing and operations planning processes
• Advanced analytical and data interpretation skills for operational decision‑making
