As a Sr Mgr within Lam’s Global Supply Chain Management organization, you will serve as the Supply Chain Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for an assigned Product Group. The position requires a strategic, results-driven leader capable of driving alignment, execution, and transformation across matrixed teams.

• Primary liaison between Product Group and Supply Chain, ensuring aligned priorities and rapid execution.
• Represent Supply Chain in Product Group forums and Product Group interests within Supply Chain.
• Report into Supply Chain leadership with strategic direction and performance input from Product Group leadership.

• Align cross‑functional resources to support Product Group objectives and partner needs.
• Prioritize initiatives, set performance targets, and drive execution.
• Enable executive collaboration and joint decision‑making.

• Lead execution of Product Group supply chain strategies with clear accountability.
• Single point of contact for Global Supplier Management on sourcing escalations and cost roadmaps.
• Translate market strategies into actionable supply chain requirements.

• Convert business requirements into supply chain deliverables that maximize customer value.
• Maintain strategic view of product demand and lifecycle patterns.
• Own integrated alignment of strategies, goals, and milestones.

• Lead and develop the global supply chain organization.
• Drive continuous improvement and change.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, or Business; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of leadership experience in supply chain or operations, with deep expertise in logistics, planning, and execution.
• Proven success in executive-level stakeholder engagement and cross-functional team leadership.
• Experience in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments with a track record of delivering results.
• Familiarity with Lam technologies and new product introduction processes is a plus.
• Domestic travel may be required up to 25%.
