• Plan, schedule, and monitor material movement through the production cycle to maintain optimal inventory levels
• Manage procurement activities including supplier sourcing, bid evaluation, and contract awards
• Create and maintain bills of materials (BOMs) and part numbers in enterprise systems
• Monitor supplier performance for cost, quality, and delivery, and develop alternative sourcing strategies
• Resolve material discrepancies and ensure compliance with quality and material standards
• Collaborate across engineering, production, and vendor teams to support business objectives

• 4+ years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or materials planning
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of experience working with ERP or enterprise supply chain systems

• Proven experience managing supplier relationships, sourcing, and contract negotiations
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing complex supply chain processes
• Demonstrated strong work ethic and ability to handle high-volume workloads
• Experience collaborating effectively in a matrix organization
• Ability to analyze cost, schedule, and quality factors to drive decisions
