Job Description
We have multiple properties in the Centralia, Seattle, and Portland areas and are looking for individuals to manage ongoing property maintenance and repairs. Experience with construction, remodeling, general property upkeep, cleanup, organization, and plant or garden maintenance is preferred.
Ideal candidates are self-starters who can identify tasks, make lists, communicate with ownership, and complete assigned duties efficiently.
Example Job Duties
- Lawn and garden maintenance
- Farm or large acreage upkeep
- Property cleanup and junk removal
- Loading and carrying materials
- Organizing warehouses and shops
- Hauling equipment, dirt, and other materials
- Transporting crew members and equipment
- Operating manual and mechanical tools (mowers, tractors, power washers, etc.)
- Directing traffic and managing finish/trimming work
- Performing tiling, grouting, painting, plumbing, and general repairs
- General housekeeping and fueling equipment
- Planting, watering, and weeding
Requirements
- Clean driving record
- Experience with job duties listed
- Experience towing trailers
- Knowledge of tools and equipment maintenance
- Clean criminal background
Experience in property cleanup, waste disposal, and garden maintenance is a plus. Criminal background checks and drug screening are required.
