We're looking for a motivated Document Processor Supervisor to lead a high‑performing team at the heart of our operations. If you love bringing order to complexity, developing people, and driving continuous improvement, this role is for you.
Team Leadership & Management- Supervise and support frontline employees for the Document Processing Team
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and one‑on‑ones
- Monitor attendance, scheduling, and workload distribution
- Motivate team members to achieve individual and team goals
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new employees
- Foster a collaborative and customer‑focused work environment
- Provide direction and guidance to team members when needed to ensure promptly and efficient handling of requests
- Continuously evaluate workflows and procedures, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency
- Track team KPIs and operational metrics
- Review processing queues, response times, and productivity reports
- Identify process improvement opportunities
- Provide actionable feedback and coaching based on performance data to front‑line employees
- Prepare reports for management on team performance and trends
- Ensure adherence to company policies, security standards, and SOPs
- Maintain accurate documentation and workflows
- Support implementation of new tools, systems, and procedures
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives
- Sharp attention to detail and strong written communication
- Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple projects without missing a beat
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in basic computer tools (keyboard, 10‑key, Adobe)
- Basic insurance knowledge is a plus
- A positive, professional attitude and a passion for consistency
- High school diploma or GED
- 1–2 years of relevant work experience
