Compensation: $75k-$90k (DOE) + 3.5% commission w/no cap
Who We AreWe’re partnering with a well‑established restoration and construction company supporting residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional projects throughout the region. This team specializes in high‑exposure, fast‑moving environments where leadership, communication, and accountability are critical to success.
The OpportunityWe’re looking for an experienced Project Manager who can confidently oversee multiple projects while serving as the key connection between clients, subcontractors, field teams, and leadership.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast‑paced restoration and construction environments, can manage complex projects from start to finish, and understands the importance of customer communication, operational execution, and financial accountability.
What You’ll Do- Manage multiple residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional projects simultaneously
- Oversee project schedules, subcontractors, field personnel, and customer communication
- Provide project updates and reporting to leadership multiple times per week
- Coordinate emergency response services including water, fire, smoke, and board‑up work
- Review project scope, budgets, labor, materials, and timelines to ensure profitable completion
- Support collections and ensure adherence to project payment terms and A/R processes
- Obtain permits, inspections, and required certifications
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and company safety standards
- Use Salesforce to manage work orders, forecasting, reporting, and project tracking
- Communicate professionally with clients, adjusters, consultants, and insurance representatives
- 3+ years of Project Management or Superintendent experience in construction or restoration environments
- Experience managing both commercial and residential projects preferred
- Strong knowledge of structural construction and restoration processes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Xactimate, and Salesforce
- Ability to read project documentation, manage schedules, and coordinate multiple moving parts
- Strong communication and technical writing skills
Ability to work in active job site conditions including dust, noise, uneven terrain, and varying weather conditions - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and wear full/half‑face respirators as required
- Current asbestos, lead, and mold certifications
- IICRC AMRT certification
- OSHA 30 Certification
- Valid Driver’s License
- Forklift Certification preferred
- You stay calm under pressure and know how to manage high‑exposure projects
- You communicate clearly and professionally with both field teams and clients
- You lead with urgency, accountability, and follow‑through
- You’re highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities without losing attention to detail
