The Sales Director is responsible for the revenue of Fujimi Corporation through developing, planning, formulating, implementing and directing budgets, policies, sales and marketing strategies. They will develop, establish, and implement business standards for the ongoing success of Fujimi Corporation. The role involves managing, motivating and developing account managers and technical sales staff to better achieve sales, technical and marketing goals. They develop and manage Fujimi’s strategic customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction, marketing objectives, and identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
The sales team is tightly linked to other functional areas to effectively meet customer needs and Fujimi’s operating plans.
- Directs, plans and implements strategies and objectives to ensure strong growth, profitability and customer satisfaction in line with short and long-term goals of the organization.
- Strong knowledge of and experience working within the semiconductor industry and associated practices and expectations.
- Understands future trends and possible scenarios within the semiconductor industry to leverage core capabilities.
- Develops and fosters positive customer interactions and strategic relationships to ensure satisfaction, marketing objectives, and continuous growth opportunities.
- Strong negotiation skills, including negotiating purchasing/sales, distribution, NDA’s and other contracts with external customers.
- Prepares and presents business proposals and plans to customers and makes presentations to industry organizations.
- Establishes and maintains strategic plans within the Fujimi group.
- Manages and coaches sales account managers and technical sales staff to further sales, technical and marketing goals. Provides continuous constructive feedback to team members through informal and formal performance processes.
