Production Specialist- Line Operator

Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Line Operator (Swing Shift) role in Tualatin, Oregon. Our client is a well-established leader in the metal finishing industry with over 100 years of combined team experience. They support customers producing a variety of products including rifle scopes, paintball guns, and knives. Operating out of a newly remodeled facility, this position follows a four day/ten-hour schedule, Monday through Thursday from 2:30 PM to 1:00 AM.

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 2:30 PM to 1:00 AM
Pay: $22.00/hr + $1.00/hr shift differential

• Transfer racks of parts from tank to tank following defined production procedures.
• Calibrate and adjust pH levels of dyes using a pH meter.
• Handle all customer product and tooling carefully to prevent damage.
• Monitor parts throughout the finishing process to ensure correct coating and quality standards are met.
• Maintain focus on production quality and efficiency.
• Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure proper performance and calibration.
• Work safely and comply with all company safety protocols.
• Collaborate with Line Operators, Team Leads, and Supervisors to meet daily production goals.
• Perform additional duties and related functions as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and maintain strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working around production equipment and chemical processes.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift as needed in a manufacturing environment.
