Millworks Door Builder

Job title:

Millworks Door Builder

Pay:
Starting at $23.27 - $27.74 an hour, depending on experience

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 6am to 2:30pm

Location:

Tualatin, Oregon

Responsibilities
  • Build doors accurately, safely, and professionally in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Ensure the quality of material before shipping.
  • Verify material backorders.
  • Inform management and purchasing agent of material needs.
  • Move product within the warehouse, using a forklift if needed.
  • Promptly report all accidents/incidents.
  • Serve as a member of the safety committee as requested.
  • Keep work area clean and organized.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English.
  • Ability to read a tape measure.
  • Mobility in a warehouse setting.
  • Capability to move heavy awkward objects within the warehouse.
  • Proficiency in operating all machines and tools necessary for door orders.
  • Good listener and ability to follow instructions.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to work in a busy work environment.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time.
  • Lift up to 100 pounds; lift, push or pull 50+ pounds frequently.
  • Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Drive a company vehicle when necessary; local travel may be required.
  • Use all appropriate safety equipment.
  • DMP
    05 (completion of required safety training).
