Job Description: This role involves navigating computer-based work instructions to install parts and hardware on Wafer Fabrication Equipment (WFE) within a Lean manufacturing clean‑room environment.

• Assembly:
  Use hand tools (including torque wrenches, hoists, and fixtures) to assemble WFE.
• Documentation & Quality:
  Read and navigate detailed work instructions and schematics, ensure correct parts are delivered, perform visual inspection, and verify completion by signing off in Cell Fusion.
• Teamwork:
  Collaborate with teams to maintain workflow and production schedules, providing flexibility for changing priorities such as rework and pilot build projects.
• Communication:
  Maintain effective written and verbal communication in English, proactively identify and communicate production issues, and suggest continuous improvements.
• Safety Protocols:
  Adhere to personal and product safety guidelines, utilize appropriate PPE, follow Lockout Tagout (LOTO & ZEST) policies, and uphold safe work practices, including a manual lifting limit of 35 pounds and the use of ergonomic aids.

• Work 12-plus hour shifts in a fast-paced environment.
• Manually lift and install parts up to 35 pounds.
• Navigate diagnostic software and use hand tools such as calipers, wrenches, ohm meters, and torque wrenches.

• Understand continuous improvement and exhibit attention to detail.
• Flexible, proactive, and able to take initiative.
• Utilize computer-based data systems and navigate Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
