Overview
Manufacturing Opportunity – 1st Shift (700 AM - 330 PM, Monday-Friday) Occasional Saturdays as needed.
Pay starting at $18.00/hour. Performance/Pay Review after 90 days + Same Day Pay.

Responsibilities- Rack, un‑rack, and package customer parts according to work orders.
- Safely handle customer products and tooling to prevent damage.
- Perform visual inspections of parts before processing.
- Record production information accurately.
- Monitor equipment to ensure proper operation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures while working around industrial equipment and chemicals.
- This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced general labor position in a manufacturing environment – perfect for someone dependable, safety‑focused, and ready to work.
- Repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Exposure to heat, noise, and industrial equipment.
- Work around sharp parts, heavy carts, and process lines.
- Use of hearing protection and other safety equipment.
- A team‑oriented environment where attitude matters.
- Entry‑level candidates welcome – no prior manufacturing experience required.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not required).
- Ability to read and understand work orders and safety instructions.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
