***** Starting Pay Rate:** $16-$18/hour (DOE)
** Primary Job Function
** This person is responsible for assembling and attaching components and hardware in a prescribed manner using power or hand tools, and other equipment to complete units or sub-assemblies at a bench, conveyor line, or on the floor, check for proper fit or adjustment and make necessary adjustments.

* Note:

This position operates on Swing Shift (2:15pm - 10:45pm)
*** Essential Duties and Responsibilities
*** Reads travelers, prints and assembly documentation
* Assembles parts or sub-parts using power or hand tools; checks for proper fit, makes adjustments
* Performs visual inspection of completed assembly
* May assist with packaging and shipping or other production areas as needed
* May instruct and direct less experienced operators
* Cleans and organizes workstation
* Maintains tools
* Follows established safety protocols including required usage of PPE; helps to maintain a safe working environment
* Keeps work area clean and organized
* Performs other duties as assigned
** Minimum Qualifications and Experience
** Minimum skills, knowledge, education, certifications and related job experience that employee typically must have to perform essential functions of the job acceptably.
* Ability to use tools including (but not limited to):
* Rivet gun
* Wrenches, screw drivers
* Impact wrenches
* Torque drive tooling
* Various power/hand tools
* Accurate usage of tape measure
* Fixture and Testing equipment
* Basic math and measurement skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Dependability; honesty & integrity; a positive, proactive attitude; ability to use time productively, working with minimal supervision both individually and as part of a team.
* Ability to work overtime as required
