Process Technician (Night Shift) – R&D Lab

2-Year Contract

Permanent Night Shift (Compressed Work Week)

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Process Technician to support R&D process engineering in a Class 10 cleanroom environment. The ideal candidate will operate wafer processing and metrology equipment, execute engineering experiments, document results, and support process development activities.

• Operate and monitor 300mm wafer processing and metrology tools.
• Execute engineering instructions and process experiments.
• Follow standard operating procedures and best-known methods (BKMs).
• Document process data using Excel, internal systems, and email.
• Monitor equipment performance and assist in identifying process improvements.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized laboratory environment.
• Communicate effectively with engineers and team members.

• Associate's degree or High School Diploma/GED with relevant manufacturing or technical experience.
• Strong Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and general computer skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work with a sense of urgency.

Permanent Work Schedule (After Training)

• Shift: Back-end Night Shift
• Week 1: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (3 days / 36 hours

• Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday (4 days / 48 hours
  )
• Hours: 4:30 PM – 5:00 AM

• Shift: Day Shift
• Days:
  • Thursday, Friday, Saturday with alternating Wednesday
