Casting & Fabrication Manufacturing Associate
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our manufacturing team as a Casting & Fabrication Manufacturing Associate in Tualatin.
This is a full-time, long term role. In this role, you will work alongside a skilled team building and fabricating metal stands, machine bases, and support structures used in high-tech manufacturing environments, including equipment utilized at leading semiconductor facilities.

What You'll Do:
- Fabricate and assemble metal stands, tables, frames, and machine bases
- Use hand tools and power tools to prepare and assemble components
- Assist with welding and fabrication processes, including tack welding rebar to metal frames
- Pour concrete into forms and remove forms after curing
- Read and use tape measures accurately for daily production tasks
Pay: $22-24/hr depending on experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday 5am-1:30pm – Consistent overtime opportunities
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months of manufacturing experience
- Previous fabrication, construction, welding, or metalworking experience preferred
- Ability to read a tape measure in both inches and centimeters
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently and heavier items with team assistance
- Steel toe boots required
