Inventory Specialist

Pay: $18-$20
Schedule:
Monday - Friday | Full-Time | 8am-5pm

What You'll DoAs an Inventory Specialist, you'll play a key role in keeping production and operations moving by maintaining accurate inventory and ensuring the right parts are available when needed.
Responsibilities- Maintain accurate inventory records using Oracle Net Suite on a Windows-based ERP system.
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming materials and engine components.
- Manage inventory for engine parts, brackets, bell housings, manifolds, build stock, and finished goods.
- Perform cycle counts, inventory adjustments, and reconciliation to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Pull and stage parts for production, assembly, and customer orders.
- Identify and research part numbers while ensuring proper labeling and storage.
- Work closely with purchasing, production, and shipping to maintain material flow.
- Operate a forklift to move raw materials, completed assemblies, pallets, and finished goods throughout the warehouse and production areas.
- Load, unload, and organize inventory while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
- Assist with shipping and receiving as business needs require.
Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a parts department.
Strong computer skills and experience working with Windows-based ERP software (Oracle Net Suite experience is highly preferred).
Knowledge of engine, diesel, industrial, automotive, or marine parts.
Forklift experience and the ability to safely move large engine components and finished goods.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a warehouse/manufacturing environment.
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
