Schedule:

Monday–Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (3-day weekend)

Alternate schedule available:
Tuesday–Friday

This is a temp-to-hire position.

Our client is seeking a skilled Wide Format Print Operator to support their production team in a fast-paced print and graphics environment. This role will operate wide format printing equipment and work with a variety of substrates. There is long-term growth potential, with plans to transition this role into a Lead Operator position on second (swing) shift in the future.

• Operate wide format printing equipment in a production environment
• Run and monitor print jobs for quality, accuracy, and consistency
• Handle printing on various substrates and materials
• Perform basic machine setup, adjustments, and troubleshooting
• Maintain print schedules and production flow
• Ensure quality control and visual inspection of finished products
• Support workflow efficiency and production deadlines
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Experience as a wide format printer operator, graphics operator, or print operator (preferred)
• Experience running HP R2000 printer (nice to have)
• Familiarity with printing on different substrates (nice to have)

This role is designed for advancement into a Lead Print Operator position on second (swing) shift (starting at 2:00 p.m.).

• Lead pay: $30+ per hour (based on experience)
