This is an exciting opportunity to work in a highly technical environment alongside process engineers, R&D teams, and manufacturing professionals while contributing to the development and testing of advanced semiconductor processes and products.

As a Process Tech 3, you will provide hands‑on technical support to process engineering and R&D activities. You will work with processing equipment, perform technical tests and experiments, support process runs, troubleshoot issues, and help engineering teams evaluate new products and identify potential yield issues.

• Set up and operate processing and manufacturing equipment
• Perform technical tests, experiments, and process runs
• Monitor processes and provide guidance to line operators
• Troubleshoot equipment and process‑related issues
• Collect, analyze, and document process and test data
• Prepare technical records, charts, graphs, and reports
• Support process engineering and R&D teams with testing activities
• Assist with identifying yield issues and opportunities for process improvement
• Work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams in a hands‑on environment
• Follow established safety, quality, and process procedures

• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, process technology, R&D, manufacturing, or a similar technical environment
• Hands‑on experience with processing or manufacturing equipment
• Experience performing technical testing, experiments, process runs, equipment setup, or troubleshooting
• Ability to collect, document, and communicate technical data and results
• Experience supporting production or line operators is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical procedures
• Comfortable working in a fully on‑site manufacturing environment
• Ability to work the required compressed schedule after training

3 Manager Interview — After successfully completing the meetup, qualified candidates will move forward to the interview with the hiring manager.

4 Selection — Candidates who are selected by the hiring manager will move forward in the hiring process.
