Registered Nurse Pre Op Post Op

Cascade Spine Center is looking for a full-time Registered Nurse Pre Op Post Op to join the team. At Cascade Spine Center, we believe health and care are inseparable. The Registered Nurse Pre Op Post Op provides quality patient care using the nursing process, the medical plan of care, and organizational policies. This position will do some intra-operative duties, as well. The Registered Nurse Pre Op Post Op provides safe, effective, and quality patient-family centered care in the perioperative services for all patient populations. The Registered Nurse Pre Op Post Op supports the mission, vision, and values of the organization.

Monday-Friday daytime work schedule

NO call required

NO nights, NO weekends, NO holiday work hours

Required Skills:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
  • 1+ years of Registered Nurse experience in a clinical setting. Peri-operative experience preferred.
  • Current Registered Nurse license in the state of Oregon
  • Current BLS & ACLS accredited by AHA
  • The ability to provide exceptional customer service to patients, physicians, and staff
  • Full range of physical mobility (position requires sustained sitting, standing, stooping, lifting as much as 50 lbs., carrying, repetitive motions, reading, answering phones, etc.)
  • Self-motivated, flexible, and able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to problem solve with minimal direction or guidance
  • Willingness to maintain a clean, organized environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
