Environmental Health and Safety Manager Located:

Our team designs and manufactures high-performance, energy-efficient HVAC and air-handling systems, with a strong focus on complex applications like data centers, clean rooms, healthcare, and industrial manufacturing.

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local safety and health regulations.
• Develop and implement EHS policies, procedures, and safety programs.
• Conduct facility audits, risk assessments, equipment inspections, and corrective actions.
• Lead incident investigations, root-cause analysis, and injury prevention programs.
• Provide safety leadership and technical support to operations and employees.
• Conduct safety orientations, training, and monthly safety meetings.
• Manage emergency response and workers’ compensation activities in partnership with HR.
• Evaluate and maintain safety equipment, programs, and required certifications.
• Drive continuous improvement and promote a strong safety culture across the organization.

• 7+ years of occupational health and safety experience.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent experience in EHS, Safety, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state safety regulations and compliance requirements.
• Manufacturing environment experience required.
• CSP or other professional EHS certification preferred but not required.
