Project / Program Manager ISO Assessor

Job Location:

Tualatin, OR (Onsite)

Pay Rate: $46.10 – $51.78 / hour on W2 only

Job Type: Contract – 24 months

• Develop and implement processes and workflows to support global ISO compliance.
• Support multiple business groups in achieving organizational objectives related to ISO certifications.
• Provide training on management system controls, including Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS), and compliance fundamentals.
• Partner with Quality, EHS, and technical teams to implement and maintain ISO-compliant management systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document processes and workflows, and address gaps impacting ISO certification.
• Establish systems to ensure quality performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Support and participate in internal and external audits for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
• Ensure audit findings are documented, reported, and tracked through corrective and preventive actions.
• Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely and effective closure of audit actions.
• Evaluate corrective and preventive action plans for adequacy and timeliness; escalate issues to management as needed.
• Assist in developing and tracking management system metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement of integrated Quality and EHS management systems.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated experience promoting and enforcing environmental compliance and quality conformance.
• Proficiency in data collection, verification, and analysis.
• Strong time management, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong influencing, advocacy, and negotiation skills across teams and cultures.

• Project Management certification (PMP or Agile) is a plus.
• ISO professional certifications (e.g., ISO Lead Auditor).
